The issue was fixed in version 1.2.98
The clothing [LVL4 Set2] now correctly displays during the fishing animation.

I'm a bit depressed about the state of this tbh. It's an old bug getting reintroduced, it's pretty damn obvious if you fish anywhere, and it has literally been like this for months, without anyone picking it up. Surely I or someone else could have reported it earlier, but doesn't the dev team actually play the game every now and then to get a feeling of how it is going along in production?
