Counters for Cronos buff cooldown occasionally stop counting

I don't know what causes it, but the Cronos ability cooldown timers have stopped counting on occasion. Here they are stuck on 55s and 4m. They start counting again when I change quadrant.

They still appear to work sometimes when they stop counting.

I have only encountered this bug when both the nft and non-nft Cronos God buffs are active. Haven't encountered it recently as I have only been using the nft Cronos buff. Will try using both again on current version.

We were unable to reproduce the described behavior in version 1.2.78.
Could you please clarify if you have encountered this issue again and provide more information about the bug?
