Elixir of Insight doesn't work when I right-click it anymore

Red letter pop us saying "failed to use item", however, I can successfully use other elixirs like the Elixir of Dune Roots, for example. Logging out and logging back in doesn't fix it.

I can't replicate it right now. Will update if it happens again.

That error comes up sometimes when I open up my inventory and try to use (right-click) Elixir of Insight or sometimes Fluid Sunlight.

Hello Neurodrills, thank you for the feedback. We were not able to reproduce the described behavior at version 1.3.13. 
Could you give us more information about the bug?

Just noticed that it only seems to work in Vulcan City, and not when I'm in any of the quads
