Irregular plots - Arcadia

Steps to reproduce:
1: Launch Vulcan verse
2: Go to Arcadia near wall to Arcadia to Boreas
Issue:
There are some plots that are on the quadrant shift line and half of those plots are submerged in the quadrant wall already, please find the attached video link below.
