[Quests] Fighting quest doesn't complete from Plot fights

When attacking or defending a plot within the new forage system, the following quests do not complete:
-A Thirst for Blood (stays at 0/5 fights with any vulcanite)
- Duel under the summer sun (stays at 0/21 fights with any vulcanite).
This applies to both "neutral" vulcanites, as well as player owned vulcanites.
