Server seem to work on and off affecting land

I couldn't build in Boreas, went to Arcadia, the tags had no name on my land, couldn't build there either, but suddenly it started working after 5 mins, name was still missing. Went back to boreas, All my vulcanites got removed from my selection, I had to pick them again.
