I have to reduce my resolution to 1900 x 1080 to be able to see the pop up window. if not, that window appear outside my screen area and cannot split my stacks.

see example here, I had to set to windowed screen to be able to see a partial of the pop up in the TOP RIGHT CORNER (if I click on a stack located on the right side of my inventory). If it's in full screen I don't even see it.
