Tried logging in while servers were going up and down, avatar does not pop up stuck at that point.

Am able to log in with a different account.

We were unable to reproduce the issue in version 1.3.21
Could you please let us know if you're still experiencing difficulties with uploading your avatar or logging into the game on your account, or has the issue been resolved? Additionally, could you provide more information about the bug you encountered?
