All respawns result in resizing of window to Windowed Fullscreen, which is very annoying when playing on a 42" widescreen

edik_baburkin: Some more info: After respwan, window only resizes when I click the 'X' to close the window. If I hit Escape button instead, all is good, so at least I now have an easy workaround :o)
